The mission of SÍN Arts Centre is to create a safe space through the operation of the production house whose basis is a creative and open mentality in which all participants can feel like equal partners.
We collaborate with the creators in their artistic processes, are partners in the realization of their productions and other projects, and work together to develop their careers.
We work together with local and international partners to create and share our knowledge.
Through our work we play an active role in creating and developing a critical perspective in our society.

Established in 2009 SÍN is a Budapest-based production house with 4 spacious dance studios operating in the field of contemporary performing arts. We provide the artists with a space for creation and development.

Beyond infrastructure we offer the artists support in production management, career development, financial administration as well as assistance in finding the best possible context and partners for artistic work. We are proud to have been the producers of numerous performing arts productions that have extensively toured in various countries from China, through Europe to the United States.
We play an active role in the strategic thinking of the field’s present and future in Hungary and beyond the borders with a strong and ever expanding international network.
We have the aim of developing a flexible, innovative, yet strong community of artists and art professionals locally and globally.
We are proud to have produced a variety of strong and successful performances, creations of some of the most interesting emerging and mid-career performing arts makers in Hungary in partnership with a wide range of Hungarian and international partners. We also offer production advice and financial administration for projects of the upcoming generation of artists, and we apply an open-door policy in our office to support the field.
